Premium Services & Refund Policy
speedyupload.com offers premium services, including :
1) One-time no bandwidth limit download enables a single download of a single file for one time without any bandwidth limit. Download speed may change according to server load, but we will not limit your download speed.
2) Premium Membership, which gives you 150GB storage of your own and the ability to upload files up to 50GB instead of 5GB limit and also download with 40Mbit/second instead of 400KB/second.
speedyupload.com can terminate your account without prior notice and a refund.
Refund is impossible for one-time, unlimited bandwidth download service and/or Premium membership.
Limitation of Liability
SPEEDYUPLOAD.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF SUCH 0PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL SPEEDYUPLOAD.COM ACCEPTS LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SERVICES EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50. IN STATES, COUNTRIES OR TERRITORIES NOT ALLOWING EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SPEEDYUPLOAD.COM SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
The Services are controlled and offered by speedyupload.com from its facilities in Turkey and its servers worldwide. Those who access or use the Services from other jurisdictions are responsible for compliance with local law.

Take Down Notice and Requirements
speedyupload.com respects your rights and expects that you respect the rights of others. If speedyupload.com finds or is notified of unlawful files or content being distributed through it’s Service, we will follow the procedures described below:
Any person or organization making a Report (“Notifier”) must ensure it is correct and complete.
speedyupload.com should be able to verify the Report. A Report should include at least the following information:
Notifier’s contact details, name, function, organization, address, email address);
All information speedyupload.com needs to evaluate the lawfulness of the disputed content, including its location (URL);
Unlawfulness of the content, or why it conflicts with speedyupload.com's Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.
The investigation will take place ASAP but at most up to 5 business days. All the reports should be sent to abuse@speedyupload.com.
Indemnity and Liability
These Terms of Service are governed by United States law. These Terms of Service will not limit any consumer protection rights you may be entitled to under the mandatory laws of your country of residence. United States Law applies to this agreement and any conflicts between you and us.
Any disputes regarding these Terms of Service will be submitted to the Court that has jurisdiction under United States law.
